Data deletion

You can remove the data Luflet holds about you at any time, including everything we received through Facebook Login and the Meta Marketing API.

Remove Luflet's access on Facebook

  1. On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings.
  2. Go to Apps and websites (under Your activity / Security).
  3. Find Luflet and select Remove.

This revokes our access token immediately. We can no longer read or change your ad accounts or Pages.

Delete your data from Luflet

  1. Email [privacy@yourdomain.com] from the address you use to sign in, with the subject “Delete my data”.
  2. We confirm the request within 3 business days.
  3. Within 30 days we permanently delete your account, Facebook and Google tokens, connected ad account details, synced performance data, products, uploaded media, alerts and chat history, and send you a confirmation.

Campaigns and ads you created are stored in your own Meta ad account; deleting your Luflet account doesn't delete them there. Manage or delete them in Meta Ads Manager. Invoices are kept only as long as accounting law requires.
