Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Luflet, operated by [Company name SRL] ([CUI / Nr. Reg. Com.]), [Street, city, Romania]. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The service
Luflet helps e-commerce businesses create, monitor and improve advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) through Meta's official APIs. It is intended for business use by people aged 18 or over.
2. Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account and for the team members you invite. Give accurate information and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
3. Connected Meta accounts
- You must have the right to manage every ad account, Page and pixel you connect, and you remain responsible for them.
- Your ads must follow Meta's Advertising Standards, the Meta Terms and applicable law. Meta reviews ads independently and may reject them or restrict your account.
- Ad spend is billed by Meta directly to your ad account's payment method, not by us.
4. Changes to your campaigns
Luflet only creates or changes campaigns when you ask it to. AI-proposed fixes are suggestions: they are applied only after you approve them, and automated budget increases are capped. You are responsible for reviewing what you approve.
5. AI features
AI-generated copy, briefs and recommendations may be inaccurate. Review them before use. You own the content you upload and the output generated for you, subject to the providers' terms.
6. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time in Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown before you subscribe. Except where the law requires, payments are not refundable.
7. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no unlawful, deceptive or infringing content, no attempts to access other users' data, no reverse engineering, overloading or scraping, and no use that violates the terms of Meta, Google or other connected platforms.
8. Availability
We work to keep Luflet available but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Connected platforms can change or limit their APIs, which may affect features.
9. Liability
Luflet is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or advertising results, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Ending your account
You can stop using Luflet at any time and ask us to delete your data (see Data deletion). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
11. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. These terms are governed by Romanian law; mandatory consumer protections of your country still apply.
